Large room with big windows, great light. Superb location in Altstadt with shops and pubs nearby. Helpful and multilingual staff. International breakfast buffet looked tasty. Cozy and clean rooms. Prime location for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

This hotel in downtown Dusseldorf exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for a city center stay. Secondly, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the central area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Plus, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the room was comfortable and had a great shower, ensuring a relaxing and refreshing experience after a long day exploring the city.
All was great, no complaints at all.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center, making it very close to the city centre and easily accessible from the tram station. The staff was polite and helpful, ensuring a quick and easy check-in process. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious yogurt, muesli, bread, ham, cheese. The hotel also had good value for the price.
It would be more convenient if the hotel had a lift for guests with heavy luggage.
